**COMPENSATION & BENEFITS**
- To administer the group insurance such as monthly update of staff enrollment and deletion.
- To be the liaison between employees and the third party administrator (TPA) for the outpatient medical matters.
- To process any invoice received from the insurance provider and the TPA.
- To assist in the annual group insurance renewal by preparing the comparison report among the providers.
- Liaise with respective government statutory bodies for the matters related to employees' welfare (SOCSO claim, employment verification, etc)
- To assist in preparing any reports required for bonus and increment exercise.
- To assist in maintaining the company's Term & Condition to keep it up to date as accordance to the company's current practice.
- To establish HR policy & procedure whenever required, and to update existing policy & procedure to ensure adherence to current practice.
- Process the employee's monthly expenses claim to be paid via online banking.

**PAYROLL**
- To process monthly payroll for the company and all its subsidiaries, including but not limited to the new hire and resignee update, unpaid leave, overtime claims, salary adjustments, etc efficiently and effectively.
- To process monthly statutory contributions and salary deductions for employees.
- To prepare monthly payroll summary report to be provided to the Finance Department.
- To process annual EA form and E form.
- To ensure proper record keeping for all payroll related documents (payroll reports, PV, payroll details, statutory bodies' receipts and any related supporting documents)

**HR SYSTEM**
- To register new employees into the HR system and provide them with their login ID and password.
- To assist in up keeping the HR system, report to the vendor for any issues raised pertaining the system.
- To manage all employees' leave records.
- Attend to employee's enquiries or HR related issues including benefit management such as medical claim, insurance, leave, overtime and expenses claim.
- Work with project manager to ensure a streamlines process and timely delivery of all milestone from implementation to deployment the new HR system.

**OTHERS**
- Internal and external audit support.
- To assist in organizing HR initiatives.
- To undertake any special assignments, ad-hoc functions and all other related duties and responsibilities as assigned by the management from time to time.
