Executive - Human Resources (Ir & Er)

Handle full spectrum of IR/ER related tasks in disciplinary matters, counselling, grievances handling, labour disputes and termination/dismissal for several bakery plants;
- Conduct investigations and written show cause sessions;
- Conduct Domestic Inquiry sessions;
- Perform other administrative functions;
- Provide advice and guidelines on IR-related matters to all levels of employees to ensure compliance with the Company’s policy, rules and regulations;
- Analyse employee attendance to observe disciplinary issues i.e. absenteeism/late coming/fraud;
- Assist HR Manager with cases referred to the Labour Department/Labour Court and Industrial Relations Department/Industrial Court;
- Handle documentation and matters related to Union Collective Agreement;
- Handle issues related to Medical Leaves and Panel Clinic matters;
- Other assignments/job functions assigned from time to time.
Requirements;
- Degree holder
- 1 - 3 years experience in related field
- Managing Union and involved in Collective Agreement (CA) is an advantage.
