**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company goals and regulations.
- Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes, including screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
- Manage employee performance evaluations and provide guidance and support to supervisors and employees.
- Administer and handle all employee benefits and insurance programs.
- Coordinate and conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations and maintain accurate records of HR activities.
- Handle employee grievances and provide necessary assistance and guidance to resolve conflicts.
- Assist in the implementation of employee engagement initiatives and promote a positive work culture.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: From RM2,100.00 per month
