**Responsibilities**:

- ** Policy & Procedure Management**:Develop and implement HR policies aligning with laws, regulations, and company values.
- **Employee Lifecycle**:Manage recruitment, onboarding, training, performance, and exit processes.
- **Onboarding & Training**:Coordinate onboarding training for new employees to integrate them into the company culture.
- **Performance Management**:Develop and maintain a performance management system for assessments, feedback, and career development.
- **Guidance & Support**:Provide HR guidance to managers and employees on employee relations, conflict resolution, and engagement.
- **Benefit Administration**:Administer employee benefit programs, including health insurance and retirement plans.
- **Record Keeping**:Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
- **Compliance**:Stay updated on employment laws and ensure compliance.
- **Employee Relations**:Handle grievances, mediate disputes, and foster a positive work environment.
- **HR Metrics**:Monitor and report HR metrics for data-driven improvement recommendations.
- **Strategic Collaboration**:Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute HR strategies supporting company goals.
- **Resource Management**:Effectively manage HR budgets and resources for optimal operations.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Extensive experience in HR leadership roles.
- Proficiency in Mandarin, English, and Malay.
- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
- Strong understanding of talent acquisition and full-cycle recruitment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in HRIS software.
