Job Description:
Seeking an Industrial Relations HR executive to join our team. If you have a passion for labor relations and employee advocacy, we want to hear from you
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage relationships with unions and negotiate collective bargaining agreements.
- Provide guidance on labor relations matters to employees.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Investigate employee complaints and disputes.
- Develop HR policies related to labor relations.
- Manage employee disciplined and performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
- 1-2 years of industrial relations experience.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Student job
Pay: From RM2,800.00 per month
