1. Engage mostly in the pre-hiring recruitment process such as interviews arrangement, interviews with hiring managers, and HR Managers in their respective pillars.
2. Handling and responsible for Recruitment, Orientation, and onboarding of new employees.
4. Maintain and update staff’s movement and all relevant details in our staff personnel files.
5. Responsible for staff attendance records accordingly and submission to payroll
6. Track staff service confirmation, contract expiry, and update benefits
7. Update and work on the Organizational Chart with the HODs.
8. Manage staff panel clinic matters - new hires, transfers, terminations, etc.
9. Coordinate Fitness Club and lead engagement activities i.e., outdoor activities and ensure all activities are carried out as planned.
Pay: From RM1,500.00 per month
