HR Executive

1. Assists in the implementation and enforcement of HR policies and procedures in compliance with company standards and applicable labor laws.
2. Update government reports for SOSCO, EPF and Income Tax.
3. Handle monthly salary payroll for local staff and foreign workers.
4. Prepare payslip for local & foreign workers.
5. Updates and monitor leaves for local and foreign workers.
6. Record In and Out claim staff with handle record for monthly petty cash.
8. Conducting new staff orientation, documentation filling staff, set up staff ID and thumprint.
9. Maintain accurate employee records including personnel files, attendance, leave records and performance.
10. Prepare HR communication letter (Memo, appointment letter, contract and general letter)
11. Update and monitor medical allowance.
12. Monitor inspection & road tax for company lorry and vehicle.
13. Arrange puspakom inspection with supplier for lorry company.
14. Monitor Factory Rental and agreement contract with owner land.
15. Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings and conferences, ensuring that all arrangement are well organized and timely.
16. Prepare meeting agenda and meeting minutes for monthly internal meeting.
17. Counseling local staff.
18. Support admin to find and identify appropriate training to be give to employees to enhance employee skilss and performance. Work closely with each department.
**Salary**: From RM2,500.00 per month
