  • Work closely with data scientists and engineers to ensure alignment between business objectives and technical solutions.
  • Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Develop and maintain documentation including business cases, project plans, and requirements specifications.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Experience with business process modeling and documentation tools.
  • Understanding of machine learning concepts and algorithms.
  • Understanding of AI/ML platforms and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorchSQL, Hadoop, Python/R).
