We have an urgent requirement for our client Oil and Gas EPC Projects in Malaysia locations.

Position: Procurement Engineer Quality

Work Location: Malaysia.

Experience Required as below:

1. Should have procurement quality management experience in Qatar Energy/QP projects.

2. Shall have a minimum of twelve (12) years of QA/QC relevant experience (e.g. in oil & gas and petrochemical projects, infrastructure and communication) in the respective functional area. And combined with the requirement below for Procurement QA/QC Engineer.

3. Procurement QA/QC Engineer: shall have 10 years working experience in performing and managing supplier quality assurance and control function in similar projects, preferably supported by relevant discipline equipment/materials manufacturing. Shall have hands on experience in review of inspection / testing / certification requirements. Shall participate in pre-award technical clarification meetings / Technical Bid Evaluations (TBEs), review supplier QA/QC documents of respective disciplines. Coordinate supplier inspections, update inspection / test status, interface with suppliers / third parties on quality issues, inspection report completeness, etc. Shall have an appropriate knowledge relevant industry codes / standards / practices relevant to respective equipment / material.

Education Required as below:

Highest Degree in Engineering background.
