Position Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and creative Marketing Executive to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our products/services, enhance brand awareness, and drive sales growth.


Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy and Planning:
Develop and execute marketing plans and campaigns aligned with business objectives. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive analysis. 2.

Content Creation and Management:
Create engaging content for various marketing channels, including social media, email campaigns, blogs, and advertisements. Manage and update the company's website and social media profiles regularly. 3.

Digital Marketing:
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media advertising, and PPC. Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvement. 4.

Brand Management:
Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing materials and channels. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including media, influencers, and partners. 5.

Event Management:
Plan and organize promotional events, product launches, outlet new openings. Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful event execution. 6.

Market Analysis and Reporting:
Analyze marketing data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. Prepare and present regular reports on marketing activities, performance, and ROI.7.

Collaboration:
Work closely with the sales team to develop and implement lead generation strategies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.

Required Languange(s) : Mandarin, EnglishMinimum experience 2 yearsStrategic approach to problem-solving, proactive troubleshooting abilities and resourcefulness in getting things donePrevious experience of working in or with marketing agency is a plusManage cross-channel campaigns in focus markets with objective to meet revenue and new customer targets each yearWork closely with the Performance Marketing team (Search, Display, Social and Affiliates) and external agencies to develop performance channels in focus marketsBachelor of Business Marketing
