Seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to perform data entry, record keeping, accounts payable and receivable support, and administrative tasks in an accounting department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data entry and record keeping: Enter financial data into accounting systems, maintain accurate records, and organize financial documents.
  • Accounts payable and receivable support: Process invoices, prepare and send out invoices to clients, track payments, and assist in reconciling vendor statements.
  • Administrative support: Provide general administrative support to the accounting department and assist with audit preparation.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality.
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Preferred Candidate: Malaysian citizen who can start immediately.
