The incumbent is responsible to meet the specific timelines for billing purposes and to complete the cycle of the tasks to ensure smoothness of finance's operational activities especially billing.

Have passion in data-entry process and desk jobPassion with numbers and simple math calculations (add, minus, times and divide)Able to detect simple error such as double keyed in of amount / error in numbersFast learner and willing to learn as on the job training is available

Ensure timely invoices generated and billing to clients.
Ensure accurate billing and invoices and to avoid any errorKey in data into i-flow systemTo prepare summary on chargeback report by client for all payment modeTo acquire documents and to communicate with Production and IT team for billing processTo sort and compile documents by products and customersMinimum SPM level with similar working experience is acceptable (2-3years)

Able to start within short notice / immediately is an added advantageAble to work in team and good working attitudeBehavior:
Punctuality and availability at work and honestJuly & August -need to work at Kota Kemuning, Mid Aug & onwards to relocate at main off at Bukit JelutongPossess own transportation
