Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets.
Process invoices, expense reports, and other financial documents.
Reconcile bank statements and accounts payable/receivable records.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions.
Assist with payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements.
Support month-end and year-end close processes.
Working self independently, self-motivated and good in self discipline.
Respond to inquiries from vendors, clients, and internal teams regarding financial matters.
Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.
Assist in ad-hoc financial projects and tasks as assigned.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
Previous experience in accounting or finance-related roles is advantageous.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and accounting software.
Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices.
Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards is a plus.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
