Accounts Assistant

**Responsibilities**:
- Assist in doing full set of accounts (up to preparing Monthly Management/Financial Report).
- Assist in daily operation works in the Accounts Department.
- Liaise with all departments, suppliers, and customers in payment, collection, and invoicing.
- Perform clerical duties such as preparation of cheques, online remittance for payments, managing petty cash, etc.
- Monitor and update the company cash flow and petty cash.
- Maintain filing system to facilitate traceability of documents at all times
- Prepare & submit weekly cash and bank balance report.
- Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
**Job Requirements**:
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
- Must possess relevant knowledge and skills in accounting.
- Able to work under pressure & minimum supervision and multi-tasking.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Good communication skills, ability to meet tight reporting deadlines with good time management skills, well organised & detail oriented.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Beranang, Semenyih.
Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
