Account Assistant

To handle basic accounts and accounting records ,Account Payables & Account Receivables to ensure all accounts transaction are updated timely and accurately.
- To assist in peparing bank reconciliations and tax-related matters
- To assist in daily accounting work and preparation of SST submission and yeary audit
- Ensure all payroll activities are executed timely and accurately
- Assist in day-to-day accounting transactions and actvities(e.g: filing ,record keeping)
- Handle and monitor all shipments including shipments to and from suppliers(overseas and local) and clients as required.
**Requirements**:
- At least 1-3 years of experience in accounting /finance supports,handling full set of an account is more advantage
- Full time position(s) available
- Knowledge of financial software and reporting research results is a requirement.
- Possess good communication,attention to detail and thorough.
Working hours:
Monday - Friday (8.00am-4.30pm) : Based in Kajang
Saturday (8.00am-4.30pm) : Based in Semenyih
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
