Manager, Agency Strategy

Assist the Head of Agency Strategy & Digital Business in overseeing activities within the Agency Strategy & Planning team, driving work deliverables, and planning long and short-term strategies for the Agency Distribution.

As a key member of the Agency Strategy & Planning team, you will be responsible for driving work deliverables, planning, and implementing long and short-term strategies for the Agency Distribution. You will work closely with senior management and stakeholders to monitor business performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Agency Strategy & Planning team in driving work deliverables, including Management Reporting, Business Planning, Performance Management, and Data Analytics.
- Work closely with senior management and stakeholders to monitor business performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Provide accurate and timely analyses, reports, and presentations for management meetings, including Monthly Business Review & Planning Meetings and Quarterly Business Performance Reviews.
- Ensure accurate and timely delivery of Annual Business Plan, identify key business drivers, and provide insights to senior management to drive business decisions.
- Prepare and deliver management presentations on long and short-term strategies and initiatives for Agency Distribution.
- Participate in company-wide business initiatives and follow up on actions to ensure smooth implementation of strategies and initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Actuarial Science, or any other related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience.
- Strong leadership capabilities, strategic thinking, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Project management skills, ability to manage multiple priorities, and strong communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills, ability to connect the dots, and good command of written and spoken English.
- Self-motivated, able to work under minimum supervision, and willing to learn and go beyond status quo.
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel.
