They offer strategic advice to excel on the commercial platform, contributing to Agoda's market leadership. With a global presence and industry-leading technology, the SAM team builds long-term relationships across borders, delivering exceptional value for Agoda, partners, and customers.The Opportunity:As a Strategic Account Manager at Agoda, you will nurture relationships with accommodation partners, drive mutual growth, and identify new supply sources within your assigned territory. Key responsibilities include maintaining existing relationships and acquiring new partnerships to expand Agoda's business.In this Role, you'll get to:
  • Develop lasting relationships with key supply partners to fuel Agoda's regional growth
  • Maintain regular engagement with key supply partners
  • Analyze data to propose customized solutions for partners
  • Identify opportunities to grow Agoda's business
  • Train clients on new technologies and tools
  • Prepare materials for partner meetings
  • Respond to partner requests promptly
  • Secure support for strategies and launch campaigns to enhance productivity
  • Match product offerings with market demands
  • Meet KPIs, growth targets, and strategic initiatives
  • Support in preparing country reporting for senior management
What you'll Need to Succeed:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3 – 5 years of experience in business development or account management
  • Interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders
  • Experience in internet/e-commerce
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Team player with a proactive work ethic
  • Success in building long-term customer relationships
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong Proficiency in English
It's Great if you have:
  • MBA or Master's degree
  • Travel industry experience
