Principales responsabilidades:

  • Realizar relevamientos de puestos con el cliente para conocer requisitos y condiciones de trabajo.
  • Liderar el proceso de reclutamiento de inicio a fin, supervisando el mapeo de candidatos, entrevista y presentación de perfiles al cliente.
  • Reclutamiento de candidatos para proyectos y propuestas de Hunting.
  • Seteo de expectativas de perfil constante con el cliente.
  • Confección y presentación de reporte al cliente sobre los resultados de la búsqueda.
  • Crear alianzas con universidades, municipalidades, ONGs, etc. para la difusión de nuestras vacantes y así aumentar nuestra base de aplicantes.
  • Identificar oportunidades de mejora y agilizar nuestros procesos internos.
  • Participar en los entrenamientos a clientes sobre contratación de personas con discapacidad.
  • Coordinar convocatorias para participantes de proyectos.
