About the Role

  • Conceptualize and design seasonal and festive collections that meet the demands of our target customers.
  • Manage the design process from conception to final styling, shooting theme, and outcome.
  • Source, analyze, and select fabrics, trims, fastenings, and embellishments.
  • Generate and analyze sell-through reports to understand customers' needs.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and business partners in China.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Professional Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Fashion Design.
  • Passion for fashion, creativity, decisiveness, and strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to organize thoughts and project details within a stipulated timeframe.
  • Knowledge of fabrics and garment construction.
  • Self-directed and team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong written and communication skills in Mandarin.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop.
