Requirements & Key Duties / ResponsibilitiesProficient in written English & MalayProficient in spoken English, Malay & (Mandarin - will be a plus point)Own transportGood communication skills and interpersonalMultitask and driven to be a great teammateWork independently and well organizedAble to work on weekends and public holidays and flexible working scheduleHardworking and can work under minimum supervisionComputer literate in MS office applicationsMinimum 1 year of experience in event salesUnderstand requirements for each eventProven event sales and budget management experience is essentialSetting up a strategy to find new prospects and sales leadsTo liaise and manage with the client on the projectsSourcing new potential client in the marketBuilding and maintaining relationships with prospective and current clientsWork closely with clients, understand their needs, manage their expectations, provide regular updates to the client, and act in the best interest of the company and its clientPrepare event timeline, event order and requirements checklist for the team, vendorsReport the logistics of the event, budget use and spending.

Coordinate event logistics, including registration and attendee tracking, presentation and materials support and pre- and post-event evaluation
