Role and Responsibilities

  • To assign machine parts to treatment Vendors and issue Purchase Order
  • Plan and calculate when the purchase order must be made in order to meet production required date.
  • Responsible for daily Purchase Requisition with the production, quality assurance, tooling and other departments on a regular basis for the inputs required and Purchase Order processing.
  • Checking availability and confirming of orders with the vendors in respect to price, quality and delivery dates.
  • Involve in maintaining control of inventory of machinery tools and polishing tools. Control inventory to prevent high inventory issue and excess polishing tools.
  • Source for quotations to achieve better pricing (none current supplier) to make price and term comparison (purchase item from Local & Import).
  • Other administrative duties related to purchasing, example: help each other to issuing and sending of PO during purchasing term colleague on leave.
  • Prepare Customer Quotation assign by Operation director and reply to customer email in timely manner
