Job Responsibilities:
- Perform day-to-day general administrative tasks
- Handle data entry for sales, purchasing, and logistic documents
- Attend to incoming and outgoing customer phone calls
- Manage sales inquiries and provide assistance
- Monitor and follow up on after-sales operations
- Liaise with suppliers for the ordering process
- Update and monitor shipment and delivery schedule
Requirements:
- Minimum education: Primary/Secondary School/SPM/'O' Level
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) and SQL Accounting
- Languages: English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Internet savvy with excellent communication skills
