Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform day-to-day general administrative tasks
  • Handle data entry for sales, purchasing, and logistic documents
  • Attend to incoming and outgoing customer phone calls
  • Manage sales inquiries and provide assistance
  • Monitor and follow up on after-sales operations
  • Liaise with suppliers for the ordering process
  • Update and monitor shipment and delivery schedule

Requirements:

  • Minimum education: Primary/Secondary School/SPM/'O' Level
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) and SQL Accounting
  • Languages: English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Internet savvy with excellent communication skills
