AGENSI PEKERJAAN BMF GLOBAL SDN.BHD (Activities)

To operate as a private employment agency, dedicated to providing workforce to various industries such as service, construction, and agriculture sectors in Malaysia. Authorized to represent international workers in Malaysia with a license C from Jabatan Tenaga Kerja (JTK) and complying with the regulations of Kementerian Dalam Negeri (KDN), Jabatan Tenaga Kerja (JTK), and Immigration Malaysia.

We are seeking a committed candidate for the position of General Manager to lead all aspects of company operations and manage all staff.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all areas of business operations, including sales, marketing, finance, human resources, and business development.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company goals and objectives, emphasizing business expansion and revenue growth.
  • Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities and trends to drive business growth.
  • Lead business development initiatives, market research, and strategic partnerships.
  • Ensure effective controls are in place for efficient operations and to meet financial targets.
  • Establish business, marketing, and sales plans to boost company revenue and profit.
  • Responsible for manpower planning, development, and staffing to enhance productivity and company growth.
  • Lead and nurture a team that supports the company's vision and goals.
  • Prepare regular reports for upper management and provide solutions to various challenges.
  • Design growth strategies, oversee recruitment, training of new employees, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements and Skills

  • Degree in Business or Marketing with a customer-centric approach or equivalent qualifications.
  • Strong business acumen, leadership skills, and knowledge in corporate strategy.
  • Excellent communication, execution, and problem-solving skills.
  • Work experience in a related field is mandatory.
  • Highly enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and disciplined with good interpersonal skills.
  • Must be proactive, possess strong work ethics, and display a willingness to learn.
  • Ability to articulate strategic visions into actionable plans and processes.
  • Strong operational knowledge and ability to delegate tasks effectively.
