To establish and maintain an effective public relations programme, uphold the good image of the hotel, and plan and administer the annual advertising budget.
Responsible for guest relations within the hotel and assists in all hotel promotions.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESAssist in drawing up the Marketing Plan annually with the Director of Sales & Marketing, including sections on Public Relations Plan and Advertising Plan.
Draw up the MARCOM Action Plan and Advertising Plan annually. Maintain a record on former, current, and existing clients (Mailing list). Organize record visits by professionals from the media, journalists, and members of the trade to the resort. Design and distribute the monthly Newsletter and other advertising materials. Control stationary supply for division use. Attend all official functions as a representative of the resort. Attend social events both in-house and outside. Receive all V. I. P. guests in the hotel. Ensure that all stationery and printed items are standardized and conform to the MERCURE & PRGCC standards.Job Type:
