  • Manage initiatives related to corporate strategy, driving innovation and growth.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Sustainability and Corporate Strategy to develop and manage the company's Annual Operating Plan and Balanced Scorecard.

Corporate Strategy:

  • Support the development and implementation of corporate strategy, driving business growth and innovation.
  • Contribute to the annual planning of the company's Business Plan and Balanced Scorecard, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
  • Monitor the company's overall performance, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
  • Develop the company's Business Plan on an annual basis, coordinating with management and business units to ensure alignment with corporate strategy.
  • Work closely with management to develop the Corporate Balanced Scorecard and KPI monitoring, ensuring effective tracking and communication.

Business Development Role:

  • Lead the business development team in the strategic acquisition of existing real estate assets and projects.
  • Ensure the financial model for all business segments is maintained and reviewed, ensuring accuracy and alignment with company goals.
  • Represent the company in commercial negotiations on acquisitions and divestments, driving successful outcomes.
  • Perform and undertake other ad-hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Management, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or relevant fields.
  • Professional qualifications (e.g., ACCA, CFA) are an added advantage.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in investment or corporate strategy roles involving valuation and acquisition.
  • Experience in driving acquisitions of renewable energy assets and businesses, alongside organic growth.
  • Expertise in valuations and investment analysis.
  • Ability to manage corporate strategy and formulate annual business plans.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM7, RM10,000.00 per month
