Job Requirements:
Candidates must possess Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or any similar preferred. At least 1 year(s) of working experience in IT network will be an added advantage. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Candidate must be willing to work at Senai , Johor area.

Job Responsibilities:
Monitor and optimize IT performance: Oversee end-to-end performance monitoring to ensure metrics and reliability targets are achieved.

Design and implement network solutions:
Configure and manage network devices aligned with business needs

Manage system updates:
Implement new release for system components affecting operations

Provide technical expertise:
Offer technical guidance and support for fault resolution during escalated incidents

Ensure service continuity:
