**General Responsibilities**:

- Provide first level system support to local teams on any system issues arising according to service level agreement.
- Close follow up on the issues escalated to technical support until closure.
- Collect, analyze and work to provide solutions for projects, local initiatives, day to day issues and other related responsibilities
- Develop, maintain disaster recovery procedure for ERP and BPM system.
- Participate and collaborate in projects and cross teams
- Participate in weekend support activities and extended coverage if required
- Work according to predefined ITIL processes especially Incident & Change Management
- Liaise with vendors and suppliers.

**Functional Skills and Knowledge**
- Demonstrate knowledge in any ERP and BPM platform
- Familiar with IT service management framework
- Proven competency to handle confidential/sensitive information in an appropriate and secure manner
- Demonstrate fluency in local language and ideally in English and Mandarin, both written and spoken
- Demonstrate proficiency in Office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
- Must show strong analytical skills and can translate business requirements into technical solutions

**Soft Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,
- Strong facilitation, influencing and stakeholder management skills at multiple levels within the organization (vertically and horizontally).
- Sharp conflict management and problem-solving skills.
- Works well with high volume of work and within fast-moving environments.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computing/Computer Science/MIS or its equivalent

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
