Customer Service Assistant

**Job Roles & Responsibilities: -**
- Support for all administrative and customer service function in office
- Establish relationship with customers and suppliers to ensure smooth operations in terms of P/O processing
- Process and follow-up on customers’ Purchase Orders until completion
- Issue Purchase Orders to supplier and follow-up for delivery confirmation
- Update and maintenance of system database
- Other ad-hoc duties/projects assigned
**Requirements:
- **
- Positive work attitude and willing to learn
- Ability to work independently, under mínimal supervision
- Minimum competency of computer skills
- Familiarity with ERP systems will be an added advantage
- Ability to communicate in Mandarin is preferred
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, training will be provided. Those who have more experience will be considered for a senior roles
**Additional Information: -**
Work Location: Setia Tropika
5-days work week (Mon - Fri 8.30-5.30PM)
Immediate work position is available
**Salary**: From RM1,800.00 per month
