Customer Service Assistant

Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Responding promptly to walk-in customer inquiries.
- Assist in installing the RFID device in the customer's vehicle.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers always.
- To ensure and achieve high efficiency in customer service, tag processing and installation, postage handling and also keeping track of stock inventory.
- Tag encoding and postage handling.
- Perform verification and tag activation.
- Manage tag inventory as controlled item.
- Working Days : Wednesday to Sunday. Monday & Tuesday is rest day
- Workings Hours: 9.00am to 6.00pm
**Job Types**: Contract, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM1,406.01 - RM2,000.00 per month
