Customer Service Officer

**Job Responsibilities Authorities:
- **
- Handle product & service sales enquiry
- Handle customer feedback/complaints & ensure prompt response to customer.
- To maintain good relationship with customers and vendors
- Ensure diligent follow up and fulfill promises made to customers
- Generating invoice and cash bill & updating account system.
- Documents filling for purchase orders, delivery orders, invoices, etc.
- Updating part claim
- Ensure that all documentation and communication are properly filed
- Monthly stock audit
- Other duties as and when assigned.
**Job Requirements**
- Minimum SPM qualification or fresh graduate of same or equivalent.
- Knowledge of computer is essential.
- Able to work in a team work environment and with mínimal supervision.
Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
