Customer Service Officer

**Responsibilities**:
- Register, update & record our customers’ particulars & requests into our on-line system and then monitor, follow up, and coordinate all works that are necessary in completing the customers’ requests.
- Following up on the feedbacks & escalations within internal department/organization to resolve issues brought up by customers.
- Keep up-to-date on new or enhanced technologies/products in order to maintain a high level of quality service to customers.
- Arranging technicians to customers’ locations so that service/repair works can be carried out accordingly and within the service time frame.
**Requirements**:
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Petaling Jaya.
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
- Pleasant voice and good telephone etiquette.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
