Position**:Call Center Customer Service** **Officer**

Working Location**:Johor Bahru**

Type**:Rotational Shift**

Contract**:6-month (Extend after confirmation)**

**Responsibilities**:

- Deliver fair outcome to our customers and ensure the quality of service in place.
- Actively share customer feedback to internal departments to improve the customer experience.
- Actively respond to the feedback received from the social medias.
- Work with internal teams to ensure the pre & post service for all products are in place.

**Job Requirements**
- Hands on experience in customer service industry.
- Ability to articulate issues / problems to internal departments.
- Knowledge on Blockchain would be an advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,200.00 per month

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Early shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Weekend jobs
