So what will you be doing?

  • Receive and process sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
  • Provide accurate information and ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
  • Monitor and track inventory levels, coordinating with the warehouse or procurement team to ensure product availability for sales orders.
  • Assist with data entry in Accounting, WMS and ERP systems.
  • Coordinate with third party logistics to ensure smooth operation and ensure outbound deliveries are completely handled.
  • To perform any other adhoc assignment as and when required.

We do have a few job requirements that we will love to be upfront with you,

  • Applicant must possess at least SPM, STPM or Diploma in related field
  • Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English (ability to speak in Mandarin will be an added advantage).
