Role description
This is an on-site role located in Nusajaya, Johor.

As an Administrative Assistant, you'll have the opportunity to assist our Senior Administrative with admin tasks including marketing campaigns, contribute to the creation of social media content, support sales initiatives, and develop strategies to increase customer engagement and sales.

Qualifications

  • Pursuing Bachelor's degree in Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, XERO Accounting and/or design software
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to present ideas
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Strong organizational, time management, analytical, and problemsolving skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Willingness to learn and work in a fastpaced environment

Job scope

  • Develop and maintain filings & documentation (hardcopy & softcopy)
  • Preparation of regular scheduled reports
  • Drafts and edits letters, reports, and other documents
  • Inputs and updates information in databases and spreadsheets
  • Develop SOPs and maintaining it
  • Researches as requested and compiles and summarizes information for reports or presentations
  • Works closely with other administrative staff and supports other colleagues as needed
  • Works with sensitive information with discretion to maintain confidentiality and security and ensure compliance with privacy policies and regulations
  • Ensures that deadlines are met and adapts to changing priorities
  • Upkeep of office premise
