El Senior Art Director desarrolla conceptos de comunicación imaginativos que se alinean con las necesidades del brief creativo, demostrando pensamiento estratégico sólido y habilidades de ideación construidas sobre insights relevantes. Por esa razón, un requisito previo del rol es experiencia previa en un entorno de agencia. Forma parte de un pod creativo con fortalezas en copia/articulado/social. El pod desarrolla conjuntamente soluciones a un brief antes de acordar qué recursos adicionales son necesarios para la ejecución.

Responsabilidades clave

  • Desarrolla y gestiona la ejecución de activos desde recursos de diseño y copia, tanto en casa como freelance.
  • Gestiona la carga de trabajo para cumplir con los plazos de revisión y entrega.
  • Dirige el proceso de ideación y supervisa la calidad general de los proyectos creativos.
  • Crea diversas entregables de diseño digital como sitios web, aplicaciones, visuales de redes sociales, anuncios y EDMs.
  • Proporciona dirección de diseño y redacción.
  • Implementa estrategias de diseño y produce soluciones de diseño con coherencia de concepto/marca.
  • Fomenta el desarrollo de habilidades creativas dentro del equipo.
  • Colabora estrechamente con el Director Creativo, los Gerentes de Cuenta y el equipo de producción.

Perfil

  • Pensador estratégico, así como fuerte ideador con amplia conocimiento de marketing digital.
  • Habilidades de dirección de arte sólidas para canales digitales: redes sociales, web, móvil, espacio de aplicaciones y anuncios.
  • Experiencia con diseño gráfico, sitios web e interactivos, así como diseño responsivo.
  • Un portafolio que demuestra una maestría de los fundamentos de diseño: disposición, tipografía, color y composición.
  • Habilidades de fotografía, gráficos de movimiento, edición de video y storyboard.
  • Capacidad para presentar, idear y presentar ideas más allá de los límites digitales.
