Accounting Functions:
Assist in the preparation of audit and tax processes.
Issue invoices, official receipts, and prepare debtor statements at the beginning of each month.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledger entries and bank reconciliations.
Oversee day-to-day financial operations such as invoicing, payments, journal entries, cash flows, and other transactions.
Handle the company's full set of accounts.

Human Resources Duties:
Manage phone calls and correspondence (email, letters, packages, etc.).Address employee questions and concerns regarding HR policies.
Coordinate training and development initiatives, including scheduling training sessions.
Liaise with HRDF to secure training grants and claims.
Assist in ensuring compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
Handle general administration tasks such as office maintenance and managing stationery and general affairs.
Prepare HR-related documents such as Employment Contracts and Confirmation Letters.
Handle payroll processing including EA, Borang E, CP22, CP21, and CP22A for termination submissions.
Manage the opening of bank accounts for new employees.
Prepare various types of letters for employees.
Handle the full spectrum of HR functions.

Process monthly payroll and ensure compliance with government authorities such as EPF, SOCSO, EIS, HRDF, and LHDN.Execute and process monthly payroll including time attendance records checking, overtime, payslip generation, and related tasks.

Maintain familiarity with HR policies, labor laws, and the Employment Act.

Prepare year-end Companies' E-form and employees' EA Forms accurately for submission to the Inland Revenue Department for annual income tax exercises.

Maintain employee payroll information by accurately entering and updating relevant data, including new joiners, resignations, transfers, increments, promotions, etc.
