Randstad is partnering up with a leading listed Japanese company in Malaysia. They are looking for Corporate Development Manager to join their ICT and Wellness business.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute business strategies for the current portfolio of companies within the ICT, wellness, and development sectors.
  2. Lead pre-sales and marketing efforts to attract new clients by networking and supporting business plans.
  3. Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify opportunities for new business development, aligning with headquarters' policies and market potential.
  4. Identify potential investment and business collaboration opportunities to enhance the company's portfolio.
  5. Organize and participate in meetings with headquarters to provide updates and gather insights.
  6. Manage risks, monitor stakeholder sentiment, and address project issues promptly.
  7. Create and implement business and action plans, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives, and handle internal reporting.
  8. Maintain detailed records of stakeholder interactions, feedback, and decisions to inform future strategies and initiatives. Requirements:
    1. Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent qualification.
    2. Strong academic performance with at least a 2nd Class Upper (CGPA 3.00) and above.
    3. Minimum of 5 years of working experience in business development within the ICT industry.
    4. Experience in consulting services for enterprise digital transformation and/or business development and/or financial modeling is advantageous.
    5. Proficient in spoken and written English.
    6. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint.
    7. Demonstrates exceptional leadership qualities, independence, and self-motivation.
    8. Possesses a responsible, meticulous, and positive working attitude with strong teamwork skills.
