Responsibilities
  1. Overseeing all accounting operations (Billing, A/R, A/P, GL, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting, and Revenue Recognition).
  2. Coordinating and directing budget preparation and financial forecasts; reporting variances. Ensuring quality control over financial transactions and reporting.
  3. Managing compliance with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings.
  4. Develop and Implement Financial Strategies: Work closely with the CEO and executive team to formulate long-term financial strategies that align with the company's overall objectives.
  5. Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Identify and evaluate financial risks, including market, credit, operational, and liquidity risks. Develop and implement strategies to mitigate these risks.
  6. Capital Allocation: Make decisions on capital allocation to ensure optimal use of the company's financial resources. Prioritize investments that align with strategic objectives and provide the best returns.
  7. Developing and documenting business processes and accounting policies to strengthen internal controls.
  8. Attending company events to build relationships and promote financial initiatives.
Working Hours

Monday to Saturday; 10am to 7pm.
