As the Product Manager – Analytics & Recommendations,
You will be the digital superstar who will continue our digital transformation agenda to become a best-in-class digital enterprise.
We are looking for a knowledgeable and dynamic Analytics Product Manager with strong Agile management experience to lead new digital product development for analytics, build data analysis & models that will elevate the effectiveness and capability of the Commercial team and identify global, relevant product innovations & adaptations.
The successful candidate will have an extensive background in data engineering and data cience, and a strong understanding of algorithms, analytical modelling, APIs and integration. Experience in FMCG/CPG industry is vital as you will be one of the key drivers of our Digital agenda with the commercial teams.
What you will be doing:
Lead Digital Product Development for Analytics:
- Perform Customer & Commercial Analysis & Discovery to understand the customer and market trends and pain points including current level of adoption.
- Collaborate and align with the Commercial & IT team, Data & Analytics, external partners to produce a common and agreed-upon product roadmap that includes new features, CR's, and any product enhancements.
- Digital Product Roadmap (Demand Capture Pillar). End-to-end management of platform features & processes from ideation to delivery for an ongoing business at scale. Manage the product roadmap for commercial analytics, including prioritization of features, working with IT to detail user stories, and user testing.
- Strategizing the product roadmap for Digital Capabilities (Demand Generation Pillar). Including but not limited to sales & distribution analytics, Marketing Automation, Personalization, Recommendation, Coupons, Promotions, Segmentation, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager etc
- Understand advanced practices of digital marketing, emerging customer data tools, personalisation tactics and how these translate into customer acquisition, retention and loyalty.
- Defining the long-term vision for the products while driving the day-to-day activities.
Build Data Analysis & Models:
- Balance user-, design-, and business-oriented goals while continually striving to improve the overall customer and user experience.
- Build business cases for data use cases to drive business towards the O2O (Offline-to-Online) business model.
- Develop and maintain Data use cases and models e.g. single recommendation engine (customer-centric) for serving retailers across all channels covering all relevant data sources
- Carry out Data Analysis as needed to generate insights and drive informed decision-making.
- Defining end-to-end processes for the products from ideation to implementation and setting up robust success metrics to track & pivot and help quantify value benefits.
- Collaboration with commercial & operations teams to embed the dashboards and tools in a diverse set of markets & own the adoption of the relevant products.
- Gather insight from NPS and customer feedback as well as data and analytics to support decision-making
- Extensive interaction and collaboration with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
- Maximise the use and power of existing online data such as eB2B, behavioural data, external online retailer data and offline data such as SFA, DMS, IRED, Route Optimization, Loyalty, Supply Demand planning, Trade Promo Optimization, Nielson ND & Market Share, and weather.
Identify Global Relevant Product Innovations & Adaption:
- Build commercial analytics capability with sales capability teams.
- New trends in digital & analytics products around the globe which can be adapted in analytics products in our market
Qualifications
You will need to have:
- More than 6 years of solid experience in Digital product management, data science & analytics development
- Ability to combine functional expertise with a strong entrepreneurial spirit, a relentless focus on results, and a great ability to create cross-functional integration with a very high sense of flexibility and understanding of cultural differences.
- Ability to lead the development of new analytics products & solutions with the Commercial, RGM, RTM, Trade Marketing/Point of Sales team, and Sales heads, providing appropriate fact-based arguments, keeping a continuous improvement culture in the trade.
- Ability understand the available tools and solutions for enabling advanced analytics automation through a platform like Power Bi, CRM, SFA, eB2B, Google analytics, and Performance Marketing tools understanding is required to enable the overall digital ecosystem.
- Ability to understand new technology and trends to adapt in digital solution with right adaptation opportunities and business ROI.
