Air Cond Specialist - Assistant Manager (Sarawak)

Job Summary:
To develop AC & CAC Channel to Malaysia market, ensure sales target achievement, gross profit, AR control and rolling sales forecast accuracy for AC & CAC Channel

Responsibilities:
To plan and execute day-to-day sales & marketing activities. To be responsible for business development with existing and potential customers. To source and grow sales channel, specifically the Air Cond Specialist Network. To negotiate and manage promotional activities with dealers & distributors. To be responsible for service follow-up and ensure good business relationship. To maintain relationship with clients by providing support, information and guidance, researching and recommending new opportunities. Discovering and pursuing new dealer to sell in ACS products. To negotiate or close deal and handle complaints. To ensure timely payment collection. To prepare weekly/ monthly reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information.

Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Higher Secondary/STPM/ "A " Level/Pre-U in any field.

Strong communication & negotiation skills to convince client on acceptance of Haier Solution and secure sales at best possible margin.

At least 6 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Preferably Senior Executives specialized in Sales
