Administrative Assistant

**A. Job Description**:
1. Performs a variety of administrative and clerical support tasks for the production department and F&B operation.
2. Handle all matters relating to license renewal, puspakom test booking, insurance and road tax renewal.
3. Arrange for service, repair or maintenance for outlets’ equipments such as air-cond, pest control, kitchen equipments and etc.
4. Responsible for the administration of sourcing for kitchenware requested by outlets.
**B. Qualifications**:
2. Minimum of at least 1 year related experience.
3. Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
5. Excellent analytical and communication skills.
6. Able to communicate with colleagues from various departments.
7. Independent with mínimal supervision required.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
