- Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia

**Tasks and Responsibilities**
- Handling general administration duties (attending phone calls, setting up meeting room, incoming and outgoing mails and documents)
- Assist in preparation of general management office reports or any ad-hoc reports
- Assist in preparation of tender and contract documentation
- Maintain and organize important documents and records including both physical and digital filing
- Perform any other duties assigned by immediate superior from time to time
