**Position Summary**

The Administrative Assistant provides a variety of administrative support to our RRC teams. This includes a variety of responsibilities such as: preparing documents and reports, compiling records, manage expense reporting and timesheets, scheduling meetings, taking meeting notes, organizing and maintaining information, analyzing data, and providing general office support.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

- Provides administrative support to RRC departments, teams and/or individual team members.
- Collects, reviews and analyzes data and prepares reports, charts, budgets, and other presentation materials utilizing word processing, spreadsheet, or specialized software.
- Prepares and distributes reports as requested
- Maintains files, databases, and archives of relevant records.
- Schedules and coordinates meetings, travel, and other group activities.
- Take meeting notes as requested
- May manage expense reporting, timesheet approvals or other routine processes
- Perform other duties as assigned.

**Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)**
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
- Works under the close direction of senior personnel in the functional area.
- Possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job.
- Ability to work independently with little supervision required.
- Ability to remain calm while working under pressure in a busy environment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality related to sensitive company and employee information.
- Excellent ability to multi-task and prioritize in a busy, fast growth environment
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Power Point is essential.
- Exhibit extraordinary discretion, confidentiality, flexibility, and willingness to work closely with our team.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
