Job Responsibilities:
  • Take food orders from customers.
  • Ensure working and dining area is clean.
  • Serve all customer orders.
  • Maintain proper dining experience by delivering items, fulfilling customer needs, offering desserts and drinks, removing courses, replenishing utensils, and refiling glasses.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area, including all tables and chairs.
  • Inform customers about the special items for the day and any menu changes.
  • Communicate with customers and provide assistance with their queries.
  • Deliver good customer service to all customers.
  • Handle customer complaints.
  • Be a good team player.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma/Vocational/Certificates and Above.
  • Must be willing to work shift fixed time.
  • Willing to work during weekends & Public Holidays.
  • Having one year of work experience as a waiter or waitress in the F & B field is an advantage.
  • Polite, responsible, and customer service oriented.
