Depending on individual's experience and abilities, we are looking to fill various positions in this role (L1 Customer Support or L2 Application Support).

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Manage ticketing tasks such as organizing, updating, following up, and assigning tickets to the appropriate support team members or departments.
  • Assist with support-related issues in terms of Application IT Support.
  • Provide phone support to help colleagues or clients with system settings and minor issues (L1).
  • Test and evaluate new technologies as assigned by management.
  • Monitor customer complaints and provide necessary assistance.
  • Handle any ad hoc tasks assigned by management.

L1 Customer Support ExecutiveRequires a diploma in IT, Computer studies, or a related field.

Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service support in the IT industry.

Knowledge of IT and familiarity with POS systems.

Experience in helpdesk software and remote support tools.

Strong communication skills, patience, and problem-solving abilities.

Proficiency in written and spoken English and Malay.

Ability to prioritize and organize customer requests.


L2 Technical Customer Support Executive (Application Support)Candidate should have at least a diploma in a related IT field.

Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience.

Proficiency in written and spoken English.

Good understanding of SQL commands and networking.

Ability to multitask, learn quickly, and prioritize work effectively.

Product training will be provided.

The role involves on-site installation, maintenance of software applications, and providing remote support to users.
