JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Reporting to Head of Quality Management (QM), Operations Compliance.
  • Assist in coordinating, maintaining and updating the organisation's Quality Management System (QMS) and ensuring the relevant quality records within the scope of ISO 9001:2015 are organized, functional and traceable.
  • Carry out administrative tasks related to maintaining the organisation's QMS certification status.
  • Actively monitor & review the development/implementation of QMS through its processes to ensure adherence to all the policies.
  • Facilitate audit programs and assist in preparing and compiling all documentation required.
  • Prepare reports and documentation for Management Review Meeting.
  • Demonstrate QMS governance through best practices sharing.
  • Participate in the further development of the QMS in enhancing the standards and procedures, and help to improve the methods for implementation of the system within the work environment.
  • Maintain, organize and update internal documentation in accordance to the standard requirements and ensure such documentation are organized, accurate and accessible.
  • Perform quality check on documentation as per established documentation control processes and identify improvement actions.
  • Keep abreast of quality management best practices in the market as benchmark for continuous improvement.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Malaysian citizen.
  • Pass Malay Language including oral test at Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) level.
  • Possess a Bachelor's Degree with honours in the field of Business, Management, International Studies or equivalent qualifications from local or overseas higher learning institutions recognised by the Malaysian government.
  • At least five (5) years of experience as QM Executive level or equivalent.
  • Experienced in ISO related matters, as an ISO internal auditor and Quality Management System will be an added advantage.
  • Must be thorough, well organized and able to effectively manage time.
  • High integrity with strong analytical, result-oriented, process-driven, self-starter with the ability to multi-task and work both independently and as a team member.
  • Excellent report-writing, communication and presentation skills.
  • Possess good interpersonal skills, able to work in a diverse environment and build good working relationships with business partners.
  • Proficient in both oral and written Malay and English language and able to communicate and interact well with peers, higher management and external parties.
