Randstad is partnering with a reputable group who has been a key player in the Food & Beverage industry for over 10 years. As part of their expansion efforts within the Accounting & Finance team, they are seeking to bring abroad a new senior executive or as a team lead to lead the finance team. This role will be based in their office in Sungai Besi.
about the job
- Able to handle full set accounts, prepare monthly closing and financial reports independenty under minimum supervision.
- Prepare payment vouchers / journal vouchers / bank reconciliation.
- Matching and performing the monthly bank reconciliation for all bank accounts.
- Ensuring all accounting systems, practices, controls and procedures are fully compliance with company policy.
- Matching bill for petty cash reimbursement and allocation outlet.
- Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports to the management in a timely and accurate manner. Will involve in statutory reports' preparation as well.
- Ensure the work submitted is complete, accurate, and according to the deadline.
- You will be liaising with auditors as and when required.
- Perform other ad hoc assignments as assigned/requested.
about the manager/team
- Possess a Diploma/Degree in Finance, Accounting, LCCI or any professional Accounting
qualifications.
- Preferable candidates with audit tax work experiences (an added advantage).
- At least 1-2 year(s) working experience in the related field.
- Proficient in accounting software applications such as UBS / SQL accounting system and
Microsoft application.
