SelangorFull timeRM 3,500 – RM 5,000 per monthWe are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our client team as an Account Executive.

  • Prepare and maintain the accounting database with accurate data entry and backup processing.
  • Maintain cash and bank records, including reconciling accounts payable and receivable.
  • Create journals for bank transactions and handle day-to-day administration tasks.
  • Document day-to-day expenses and conduct general ledger checks.
  • Ensure daily collections match cash bank-in and system records.
  • Input official receipts after updating bank statements and generate daily collection reports.
  • Respond to emails related to supplier payment advice.
  • Liaise with auditors, bankers, tax agents, and company secretaries.
  • Check debtor aging to ensure no outstanding records and issue cheques with payment vouchers.
  • Payroll calculation and payment to relevant bodies.
  • Reconcile bank statements, check creditor aging, request Statements of Account (SOA), and perform financial verifications, including Profit & Loss reports, for monthly submission to the Managing Director. Also, perform any other duties as required by the Superior.

Qualifications & Experiences Needed:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an Account Executive or similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic Mandarin preferred
