Service Technician

Join our team as a Service Technician and play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our technical equipment. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our customers, troubleshooting and repairing equipment, and ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards.

  • Perform routine service activities in the workshop or at customer sites.
  • Provide troubleshooting, repair, and planning of technical/mechanical equipment failures.
  • Assess and respond to situations using standard procedures to fix problem equipment.
  • Complete all required reporting of service work performed and other reports as set forth by the Service Manager.
  • Answer customer enquiries, handle customer requests or complaints, and provide timely feedback.
  • Provide demonstrations and commissioning of machines to customers on site.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of relevant technician experience.
  • SKM level/Diploma in mechanical/electrical engineering.
  • Good oral and written communication skills in local language and English.
  • Possess a valid driving license.
  • Will to travel outstation.
