Job Description
  • Plan and operate packing lines to ensure timely delivery of orders according to specifications and requirements.
  • Control production consumables, including fast-moving spare parts, to avoid disruptions to packing.
  • Implement housekeeping programs and ensure compliance with company and industrial standards.
  • Develop and implement Health & Safety work procedures and practices, including acquiring and issuing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Accurately record production reports to achieve timely submissions.
  • Execute Asset Maintenance (AM) programs to ensure machines and equipment are ready for use with minimal downtime.
  • Ensure compliance with Critical Control Point (CCP) and Operation Prerequisite Program (OPRP) records stated in Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
  • Develop staff competencies through internal training and on-the-job training.
  • Implement 5S programs and continuous improvement initiatives, including innovation and goal alignment.
  • Comply with FSSC 22000 requirements and participate in related activities.
  • Perform other tasks and assignments as directed by management.
Requirements
  • Diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • At least 1 year of working experience in food industries or manufacturing, or 6 months as a supervisor.
